Thinking Positive - changing thought patterns

Today my goal is to think with an open positive mind & be connected with all my actions & thoughts. Then acknowledge them and if needed covert them to something positive. For me It's easy to be caught in the muddle of life (sleepless nights - teething toddler etc. Etc.!! ) But life does carry on and Ive found it's just to easy to loose precious days!

My Affirmation today as I am working on Me :) - I love, accept, respect and trust me. I love me all the time.

My other key thought at the moment is "Little Steps" & "Appreciating the tiny stuff".
