Today whilst out walking I was reflecting on lots of things in my life and felt excited about so many paths to be taken ahead. I was staring down this one and I thought a pic was in need. :)
Getting into training mode again and aiming for my 30mins cardio and 3 home sessions of Pilates and One class. I'm a procrastinator at times and really this is a simple exercise plan that doesn't really take much time & you get great results. So happy for my Pilates Trainer Julieanne from Wholesome Fitness.
Off now to get lost in some Creativity doing Art Projects. Deep breath you can create! ;)
